My career began in the U.S. Navy focusing on people, delivering results, and teamwork. I attended Amberton University in Garland, TX attaining a MS in HR & Business and a BS in Management Technology. I've worked in various industries to include Manufacturing, Education, Finance, Banking, Data Centers, Retail, and Federal Government. I've held leadership and supervisory roles in HR, served as an Adjunct Instructor, Business Analysis, Consultant, Business Continuity Specialist, Project Manager, and a Business Owner.
I currently serve as the Vice Chairman in Stafford, Virginia on the County's School Board Citizen Budget Advisory Committee and I retired from Department of Defense in 2025.
